How it works:
When rubbed against the skin and natural materials, amber generates electrostatic charges. It becomes negatively charged, ionizing the air… in other words, alkalizing our environment. It supports energy flow and creates ideal conditions for calmness, relaxation, and stress relief. It also promotes better sleep.

While using the mat, the amber may crush slightly, releasing the beautiful natural resinous scent of pine trees. The amber contains succinic acid (3–8%), which gives the mat beneficial properties for supporting thyroid function, throat health, and joint care. Regular use helps the body’s overall renewal processes.

The mats are hand-filled with natural amber found on the beaches of the Baltic Sea. Naturally sourced amber often has sharp edges, so we use high-quality natural upholstery materials to ensure durability and prevent quick wear.

For enhanced results during mat exercises or massage, we recommend using Amber Regenerating Oils
This further stimulates both body and spirit.

Recommendation:

Clean it by hand using gray soap and water, and let it dry naturally.

For fitness exercises, place a cork or silicone mat underneath to prevent the amber mat from slipping. We recommend not placing it directly on the floor for meditation or yoga exercises, so the natural fibers of the material do not swell or absorb moisture.

Although amber itself is very light, the material used to make the mat has its own weight, so please take the total weight of the mat into account.

If the amount of amber is too small, you can refill it yourself using a kitchen funnel. Amber inserts for the mats are available on our website under “natural amber,” the same type we use for tinctures — high-quality and rich in succinic acid.

The mats are also suitable for pet beds, as both cats and dogs enjoy the amber’s energy field and relax deeply on the mat. It also supports healing and regeneration processes.
