Our silver amber products contain drops of fossilized resin from coniferous trees over 40 million years old. Amber, known as the “Treasure of the Baltic” or “Gold of the North”, is the only gemstone of plant origin. It is a stone of sunlight, joy, and well-being, and its healing properties have been used for centuries.
The Etruscans valued amber as much as gold. The Greeks, admiring its honey hue, called it the frozen tears of Helios’ daughters or petrified sunbeams. The first amber workshops existed in Poland over 4,500 years ago.

The colors of amber result from many factors, which we are happy to explain to you during our workshops. Undoubtedly, the richness of amber’s colors and its degree of transparency have always fascinated people. Depending on the historical period or geographic region, certain varieties were considered fashionable. The Chinese value the most opaque milky-yellow stones, while since the Middle Ages, Arabs have prized the white variety above all others.
The color of the Baltic amber used in our products may slightly differ from the photo, as each item is unique and every drop of amber is one of a kind.
